Meet the Teachers
Natalia Soto
TaliTech Founder and Teacher
Natalia is a graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is receiving her Master of Education in Instructional Design and Educational Technology in Spring 2025. She works as a full-stack software engineer on a team of mostly senior developers at a local tech company building complex software that is used by thousands of clients across the world.
Natalia loves all things instructional design, teaching and STEM! This motivates her to create a fun and creative environment for students to learn and grow the skills they need to build their own projects. She has taught high-school kids Python Game Development at a University of Utah summer camp and has volunteered at local organizations to teach kids coding with game-based learning techniques. With her education and industry background, Natalia brings real-world experience into TaliTech and the curriculum that is taught. When she is not working with students or software, she is probably listening to a podcast, reading, or spending time with family and friends.
